Update the "Bell" sign to show notifications in a more meaningful way
2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Today the "Bell" shows alerts in an aggregated way for "Critical alerts" and "Other alerts".

Additional aggregation based on alert name would make the notifications much clearer
and will align with the work in CNV-54399.

Another request is to move the Observability "Signal Correlatoion" to the "Bell" or create another icon for troubleshooting.
The current location is too hidden. I could not find it without the Observability team help.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer needs a fast way to troubleshoot issue in the cluster. Current implementation is simply not usable due to the amount of alerts in the cluster. There are many duplicate alerts for different namespaces that overloads the user and cases alerts fatigue.
