Enhance Documentation with Detailed Insights on Webhook Receiver Configuration.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

One of our Customer inquiring if it's possible to set up a webhook with a SOAP API for email alerts. I see that this is not currently covered in our documentation.

After reviewing this internally and consulting the documentation at Prometheus Webhook Configuration, I found that Prometheus sends alert data via HTTP POST requests through its webhook integration. However, Prometheus does not natively support sending alerts via SOAP. As a result, it is not possible to directly send alerts using the SOAP API.

Can we add this information on our documentation for better understanding ?
