• There should be an alert or warning or notification if a user or application is making too many api call that can create a problem normal cluster funcationality

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Recently we came across a case where there was a serviceaccount that was making too many API request that did not allow the system API request to get completed and interrupted with normal functionality of the cluster.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• To make sure the cluster working is not hampered by external component.
