SR-IOV - Support Openshift on Openshift Virtualization

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The SR-IOV Network Operator today automatically detects if is running on a VM powered by Openstack and configures itself to support this setup.

This RFE asks that the SR-IOV network operator would do the same when running on a VM powered by Openshift Virtualization.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The user would like to run SNOs as virtual machines and have the ability to use Multus SR-IOV network-attachment-definitions on those SNOs.
