Support Workload Identity Federation for External Secrets Operator

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Multiple cloud vendors including AWS, Azure, and GCP support workload identity federation. Ensure support of this feature in external secrets operator.

It would appear there is at least one bug: https://github.com/external-secrets/external-secrets/issues/1038 (this is specifically for GCP).

At least one customer has asked about this. We should properly validate, implement testing.
