Support of deploying bare-metal hosts that were deployed via Agent-based IPI method

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer is unable to add BareMetalHost (BMH) nodes using the node-joiner script successfully

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Using the node-joiner.sh script currently adds a node successfully but does not create the machine or BMH resources inside of OpenShift. The current implementation only supports UPI-based installations of OpenShift.
