1. Proposed title of this feature request

As a customer i would like to be able to see metrics for total requests pr namespace, total errors pr namespace and metrics pr status that gets created.

these metrics would then be read by prometheus and it can be used in our metrics stats pr customer and the observability options for customers.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customers admin teams wants to see the total http/https requests for projects running in the cluster, to determine number of hits for the project and at the same time number of errors.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Monitoring of customers.
Performance tuning.
Billing for customers.
