• Allowing to set max_query_length on Loki CR

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Provide operator-managed properties to configure Loki 'limit' settings e.g.: as described here=> https://grafana.com/docs/loki/latest/configuration/#limits_config

as a specific example:  max_query_length

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Customer needs 90d log retention but currently  can only query the last 30d. Cannot generate reports for customers that are part of the core product because of this limitation.
