Implement automatic checking for ComplianceCheckResults that currently return a check-status of MANUAL

The customer needs to the outcome of ComplianceCheckResults to be either PASS or FAIL only for compliance audit reporting

Manual intervention on compliance checks across a fleet of clusters is time-consuming
