2. What is the nature and description of the request? - Customer have some ad-hoc job and expected that when they have that job request, new worker nodes could be ready and serve for it, and being terminated when their job finish, however it took them around 10 minutes to provision a new worker nodes, hence looking for a way to configure warm pool support in openshift
