Capability (feature) to live migrate virtual machines across OpenShift Clusters 

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

As an user of Openshift container platform,  such as OpenShift administrator, OpenShift Virtualization administrator etc, I need the ability live migrate VM's from one Openshift cluster to another Openshift cluster 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This is a standard feature in VMWare software and we need the same functionality in OCP-V.
