What is the nature and description of the request?
While doing the roadshow at a customer, we tried to set up the WebEx using the generic webhook integration. The error messages were not useful, and we could not get the integration to work. I suggest creating a new integration or improving the documentation to demonstrate how to set up the WebEx integration.
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Need? No. Customers have expressed interest in the integration. While doing the roadshows it would be nice to integrate with various notifications services instead of default to slack and teams.
