      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Enable use of Azure storage principals for authentication in non-ARO clusters.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customers who are using Azure-backed storage on other environment hosts such as VMWare are currently unable to authenticate using this feature and are forced to use access keys.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Access keys for Azure-based storage makes for a cumbersome and undesirable configuration.
