As an OpenShift administrator using OpenShift Virtualization,  I need a graphical user interface (simialr to vRO) develop/orchestrate/execute custom scripts based on events/actions or at different stages of VM provisioning process

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This is a standard feature in VMWare software (vRO) and we need the same functionality in OCP-V.
