       Option to choose custom NodePort range for application to expose.

        Cu wants to have an option to choose custom NodePort range instead of default range(30000-32767) ports. For example: 12000-13000.

       3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

        For security purpose, Cu doesn't want to open port from 30000-32767.

        NodePort
