Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer  need to apply customized audit log profile removing system usernames from writing into audit log file.

Currently they get ten of thousands records from HPA and other heavily spamming system components which results into disk pressure and AuditLogError  alerts.

As a consequence audit log files rotate fast.Cu do not want to be choosing between 3 pre-defined audit profiles, they want to be able to apply their own audit log policy.     

We referred enhancement : https://github.com/openshift/enhancements/blob/master/enhancements/kube-apiserver/audit-policy.md

But it does not allow  filtering by users.
