Inherit pvc labels from dv

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When I create a pvc from a dv, I want the pvc to inherit the labels that are on the dv.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Labels on PVC, like any other k8s resource, is used by us for Identification and Filtering purpose

If PVCs are created using DV and if it inherit the labels, all the organization, identification, costing and may be bulk operations related to dv resource will also be possible directly on PVC resource. This would be very advantageous for us
