pipelines-scc is missing the 'ephemeral' entry in volumes

All other RedHat provided SCC's do include the 'ephemeral' entry. The 'piplines-scc' should therefore have this entry as well.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
We are using ephemeral volumes quite extensively and need this addition for our Tekton Pipelines as well.

4. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

Add the 'ephemeral' entry to the volumes part of the 'pipelines-scc'.
You can test if it works by starting a TaskRun where you reference an ephemeral volume.
