1. Proposed title of this feature request --> Auto remove cluster which have been decommissioned from central instead of showing  unhealthy
2. What is the nature and description of the request? Customer has many clusters that are decommissioned but alerts keep showing that central is trying to connect. Its huge number to track and remove from central through DELETE API, request is to get this done automatically by central.
