During token creation only show selectable roles to user

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Current Situation: Token creation is possible (see image below). However, during the selection of the role, user1 is able to see all roles of the system, even if it cannot be selected. For example if user1 tries to use the role "Admin" an error will appear.

Expectation: Only show selectable roles to user1

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Justification: This will increase user experience and does not result in errors an user might not understand, since the role is not created by the user, but administrators. Means: The end-user might not be aware of the name of his own role.
