EU Zone on Azure

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Schiphol asked if we could support Azure as they have not onboarded Amazon as an infrastructure provider. There will be a delay in using ACS in production due to internal paperwork.  

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
It save them time and we may lose the account if other teams deny AWS as a provider
