2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Schiphol wants to configure their on-premise collector to navigate their proxy and send information to ACSCS. There is no documentation (to both of our knowledge) on configuring this with ACSSCS. We will want to document this use case for future customers.

Also, there is no capability to add the proxy config to the operator.
