ACS User and Role Auditing

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer would like a centralized location where the can view, filter and export the

ACS Users along with relevant information like ACS Role, Permission Set, Access Scope, Cluster and Namespace and;

OpenShift Users / Groups along with relevant information like Cluster, Namespace, Roles, 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

In a heavy multi-tenancy cluster, they need to have visibility into both ACS and OpenShift Users so they can provide audit reports to product teams with lists of users that have to their various namespaces.
