Read / write permissions removed from the contents of the audit logs

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer is requesting that read / write permissions NOT be exposed in the audit logs IF they are are not related to the content of the log.    From the customer ticket:

We do want audit logging, but without the read / write permissions exposed if those permissions are not related to the content of the log.   However, at this point, if the main reason for generating a log is a change in the read / write permissions of any user, we would like to see this as well as audit log.
