Feature to fetch compliance scan results through the ACS API in CSV format.

ACS API requests that compliance results details be retrieved in CVS format.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers have an external system that collects data from RHACS using the API.
Currently, there is no option to automatically send the Compliance report via email. This must be triggered manually in the RHACS UI.

They are looking for a way to automatically collect the Compliance scan data through the RHACS API and display the results in the external system.
