Allow Same Domain for Two Ingresses (External and Internal) to Replace Deprecated Custom Domain Operator Functionality

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently it is only allowed to set up the domain value as an unique value, but this prevents to set up the same domain for internal and external ingress controllers, this feature was available on the custom domain operator and allowed reaching to the cluster with the same domain from either network (internal or external)

To receive traffic on their own domain on separate networks (internal/external)
