Create a separate link for the "The following Google Cloud regions are currently supported" title under "Regions and availability zones" in Openshift dedicated documentation:

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

We would like to have a dedicated link for the OSD supported regions for GCP title in the Openshift dedicated documentation.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Today, when a customer ask for the supported regions for OSD on GCP, we share the link pointing to the supported region in the OSD documentations covering both AWS and GCP and we instruct the customer to look for supported regions for GCP after the AWS supported regions part.

This enhancement is to offer a better user experience to our customers.
