bootMACAddress field is not required anymore in siteConfig when using Redfish

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When using ZTP to deploy OCP on baremetal with servers supporting Redfish on their BMC, it should not be mandatory the configuration of the field bootMACAddress. Seems that it is not required on IPI but still required by ACM

Not a request from the customer, just we found out deploying a cluster using ZTP.
