Compliance Operator custom checks

Customer is using Compliance Operator provided by Red Hat. They would like to create their custom compliance checks to use with the Compliance Operator.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer is highly regulated company which must be compliant to different audit frameworks. They also have additional rules for systems which might not apply to standard rules as they are more restrictive.
