Expose AlertManager UI information via Graphana Dashboards in ACM Hub

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

A customer raised that they wanted to have full visibility of Alerts that are aggregated in AlertManager in ACM Hub via UI (Graphana), provided they have ACM observability enabled.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

See an example here of an Alert on AlertManager: where it's visible on which NameSpace the alert is, and which PVC is filling up (see attached image.png).
However currently from Graphana view not all necessary information is not visible (see image-1.png in attachments) and customer only gets a simplified view.
As can be observed there is no way to identify what PVCs are being filled up and what namespace.

Customer requests the capability of adding all information-related alerts they consider relevant to track for their operations.
