Is it possible to use the awsxray exporter with Red Hat Opentelementry Collector instead of/in addition to the tempo/jaeger exporters?

By default this exporter does not seem to be installed and running the openshift red hat supported collector would be preferable over running a custom installation of AWS Distro for Opentelemetry in the cluster (
