      1. Proposed title of this feature request

A single PerformanceProfile Tuned can be associated to multiple MCP

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      This request will comprehend:

      • A single PerformanceProfile can be applied to multiple MCPs
      • A single custom Tuned CR can be associated to that PerformanceProfile to extend the Tuned Configuration

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer requires multiple MCPs (e.g., appworker-group-a, appworker-group-b) associated to nodes with the same PerformanceProfile and same custom Tuned for achieving their SLAs when doing OCP upgrades (first upgrade appworker-group-a, then upgrade appworker-group-b). From a PerformanceProfile perspective both MCPs are equivalent but  it is needed to separate in different in different MCPs to keep SLAs during upgrades.

Goal is to avoid Custom Tuned CRs that include equivalent PP generated tuneds applied multiple times:

      4. List any affected packages or components.
