Argo Rollouts in OCP web console

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Handle Rollouts in the same way as OCP does for Deployments or Deployment Configurations. Add Argo Rollouts to the OCP web console. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers are quite comfortable and used to using the OpenShift UI to check namespaces, and the Rollouts are not even part of the Workloads menu, under Administration view. This makes them like 2nd class citizen resources, which brings the user experience slightly down.
