1. Proposed title of this feature request

To be able to specify name of secret (use a secret) instead of plain text in Oauthclient resource for SSO login.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Cu is setting up addional Oauth client following the documentation
Cu has concerns on providing the clear text client_Secret. 

They need to be able to provide the kubernetes secret directly instead of providing the secret in plain text. 

As per this slack conversation this is not possible now.  So creating this RFE

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Security concerns preventing them from using it on production environment.
