Allow CMA Kafka Scaler to disable Kerberos FAST negotiation

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Some KDCs (es. Active Directory) don't support FAST negotiation. In that case, the client cannot establish an authenticated connection because Sarama lib has FAST negotiation enabled by default and the scaler doesn't configure the wished flag in the underlying client.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer is trying the CMA, but the kafka with kerberos authentication is his most important scenario so this enhancement is very important for him.
