•  Need the functionality to automate the creation of vpa.

[2] What is the nature and description of the request?

• If we install VPA as an operator, we need to manually create the VPA CR and specify the deployment it will manage, which is a tedious task. The need for automation arises because resource requests and limits often exceed the provided values. If VPA could automatically manage all deployments in the namespace, the resource requests and limits would be balanced, and the nodes' resource requests and limits would align accordingly.
