      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Intel Marshfield Channel LOM support in PTP Operator

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The Intel Marshfield Channel LOM design is based on E810 hardware, but has a different DPLL design compared to Westport Channel. Thus, it requires enablement from the RHEL kernel side as well as support for its special features from the PTP Operator.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This is required to enable some new servers using this design for their E810 timing-capable NICs, like the QCT QuantaEdge EGX77B-1U

      4. List any affected packages or components.
