RFE: Web hook Notifications for Resolved Alerts in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer is requesting an enhancement to the Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (ACS) platform to extend the capabilities of the existing generic webhook functionality. Specifically, we propose adding the ability to send webhook notifications when an alert is resolved or no longer present in the cluster.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Currently, ACS supports generic webhooks that trigger notifications when certain security events or alerts occur within the cluster. However, there is no built-in capability to automatically notify via webhook when these alerts are resolved or no longer active.
