Patching the subscription to enable the console plugin by default

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

While installing the Node Health Check Operator,either manually applying the subscription or through ArgoCD, there is no option to enable the console plugin and has to be enabled from web-console. Need an option to enable console plugin through the operator subscription.
