Vulnerability Reports to show running or non-running pods from deployments

      AS part of the collections in  Vulnerability reports our customer presented the following need:
      Ability to select which pods/images to see in the Vulnerability report
      1. For example, if the deployment has no running pods, they would like to NOT select that deployment or container image.
      2. or Select deployments/images with active running pods only
      3. or separately show active and inactive pods/images in the report 
      4. or add a extra column in the report as Running  or Non-running  pods?
