 [RFE] Add an option to exclude a particular operator while mirroring the entire catalog 

2- What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently there is no option to exclude a operator while mirroring the entire catalog. so the current option is to get all the operator available from a particular catalog and specifically mention all of them in imageset except the one which needs to be excluded.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

If the mirroring of entire catalog is failing due to a single operator issue, there is no option exclude the particular operator in the imageset.
