Making OpenShift Lightspeed cluster aware would allow it to provide answers based on what it knows about the cluster, i.e. asking 

• Is my ETCD healthy?
• What alert do I currently have and do I need to action on them?

requires to have permissions on the cluster to get those details and then take that information to provide an answer.

At the moment it would only be able to provide guidance on when it is asked like this

• My ETCD has lots of leader changes. What should I do? 
• This alert (YAML) is currently triggering. What should I do?

With cluster awareness we would make ops peoples lives a lot easier.
