Customize API certificate in Microshift Kubernetes API

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The API certificate for Microshift needs to be updated, configured and managed outside the Microshift environment via config.yaml. This precludes using readily available Kubernetes tools like cert-manager to manage the API certificate like we can do in OpenShift.

Ansible can be used to manage this but it is more work and effort for the customer versus a tool like cert-manager.  

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers want to use their own CAs and Certs for the API tool and would like to use existing Kubernetes tools to manage this process.
