1. Proposed title of this feature request

Increase the legibility of the new OpenShift favicon introduced in OCP 4.15

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The new favicon appears black and unrecognizable.  The previous icon was much easier to identify in a browser tab.

The customer reports that the icon is unreadable making it much harder to identify an OpenShift console tab in a browser.  Whereas prior to OCP 4.15, the icon was clearly recognizable.
