      1. Proposed title of this feature request

RFE : Support to enable customer to manually set a  Autodefragmentation threshold value that they can go with in their cluster environment.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Enable user/customer to modifying Default Settings or values for Etcd Automatic Defragmentation in RHOCP .

The standard process of automatic defragmentation necessitates a minimum size threshold of 100MB and monitors fragmentation once it exceeds the 45% mark.

Modification of these configurations or values is not possible.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      • Customer want to implement the  Etcd Automatic Defragmentation threshold value  at 70% only as in there environment clusters most of time goes beyond 50% very quickly and frequent defragmentation happens automatically.
      • Customer  want to avoid this as this has caused outage to their cluster in past while cluster was on version 4.10. 4. List any affected packages or components.
      • Customer requested the RFE to enable them to set the  Etcd Automatic Defragmentation. So that they can have a stable cluster and avoid any downtime in future.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
