Remove a deviceclass after it is added to the LVMCluste CR

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
`After a deviceclass is added to the VG, you cannot remove the deviceclass from LVMcluster.`

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
   - Customer want to remove deviceclass in case of disk no longer exists without reinstall LVMcluster
   - Customer wants to remove deviceclass in case of name typo without reinstall LVMcluster
