ArgoCD GitHub App Credential Template Any Org Support
2. What is the nature and description of the request?

We would like the ability to not have to define which installation ID of a GitHub App for ArgoCD to use. Such that it can just use any GitHub Org, that the app is installed in.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

We have a large number of GitHub Orgs, having to define an installationID for each one would be come untenable.
