1. Proposed title of this feature request

Removed pipelineruns should not appear in the Web UI when using Tekton Results in OpenShift Pipelines 

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

We have query from client regarding TektonResults where it is been observed that when client attempted to create a TektonResults custom resource. Once created, the succeeded and failed old pipeline runs are archived whenever they delete a  PipelineRun.
Client want the archived pipelineruns should not be viewable from the Web UI.

3. Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Create a sample pipeline and task
2. Start the pipelinerun for the above created pipeline.
3. Remove the pipelinerun created in step 3 and check 
4. The deleted PR is shown with  bin icon showing "Archived in Tekton results".

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
