      Feature Description

Would like the ability to retrigger an unsuccessful deployment without having to completely start over again.

      Why is this important?

The cluster deployment typically takes around 90 minutes and the cluster deployment times out after few hours. But we are checking feasibility if we can reinitiate the cluster deployment to retry install once it has timed out. This will at the least save us around 3-4 hours per cluster to destroy, cleanup and recreate the cluster deployment
