Implement a connection pool for kafka triggers

A customer is requiring this feature to optimize the number of connections that are opened versus kafka
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer is in adoption phase of CMA and they may have thousands of deployments that may scale against a kafka infrastructure on different topics. So they would like to have a connection pool in order to reduce the number of connections to kafka
